Owner Scott and Sara Webb purchased the Handyman Connection location in Charleston in August of 2000. Both Scott and Sara work in the office and reside in Summerville. Prior to purchasing the Handyman Connection, Scott’s background included Operations Management and Customer Service and Sara worked as a Social Worker. They have one son who is a freshman in college.
The Webb’s focus has always been customer service and creating great customer experiences. We want our craftsmen to treat our customer’s homes as if they were working on their own homes. Being courteous, showing up on time and cleaning up when they are finished is of the utmost importance. Our location boasts a repeat and referral rate over 70%.
